Cancellation Policy

Introduction These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of the Elite Spa Valet service (the "Service") supplied by AquaLux Pool and Spa Ltd (the "Service Provider") to the customer (the "Customer"). Service The Service Provider will provide the Customer with a one-off spa valet service. The Service will be provided on the agreed date. Access and Preparation The Customer will provide the Service Provider with access to a water point and a functioning electrical socket. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the spa is full and at operating temperature before the Service Provider's arrival. The Service Provider is not responsible for any damage caused to the spa or any other property as a result of the Customer's failure to prepare the spa adequately. Liability The Service Provider bears no liability for any damage to property, persons, infrastructure, or any other damage of any kind caused during the provision of the Service. The Customer acknowledges and accepts this limitation of liability. Deposit Required A deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking for the valet service. The balance of the payment will be due upon completion of the service. Cancellation Customers have the right to cancel the valet service at any time. However, the £50 deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. Refund Policy In the event of a cancellation, AquaLux Pool and Spa Ltd reserve the right to withhold any refund due to the customer under the terms and conditions of this policy. This includes any circumstances in which AquaLux Pool and Spa Ltd deems it necessary to cancel the service due to factors beyond its control (such as weather conditions, equipment failure, or other unforeseeable circumstances). Payment The Customer will pay the Service Provider for the Service in accordance with the agreed pricing structure. Payment must be made promptly and in full. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement at any time upon giving reasonable notice to the other party. Confidentiality The Service Provider will maintain the confidentiality of any information relating to the Customer and will not disclose such information to any third party without the Customer's express consent. Intellectual Property All intellectual property rights in the Service and any associated materials are owned by the Service Provider and must not be used or copied by the Customer without the Service Provider's express written consent. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, and Wales. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom, and Wales. Entire Agreement These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all previous negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties relating to the Service. Amendments These Terms and Conditions may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties. Waiver The failure of either party to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be deemed a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce it at a later time. Severability If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
